  Overall, the experience was really disappointing. Things started off well – they provided a detailed quote, I clearly outlined what I needed, and they actually completed the initial work. However, things quickly went downhill when they realized they’d undercharged me, which felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. While I was willing to work with them, I was immediately concerned about their approach. The biggest issue, though, was the damage they caused – specifically, blowing out a section of my garage wall, leaving it bowed. When I asked about fixing it, they offered just $100 off, which seemed completely inadequate given the problem they’d created. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame and then charge me for something that should have been addressed properly from the start. Honestly, it’s frustrating to see contractors behave this way and it makes you incredibly wary of hiring anyone. I was considering having them finish the insulation job, but I’ve decided to move on and continue searching for a contractor I can truly trust – someone who delivers on their promises and doesn’t try to make you look like the unreasonable one. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company after Hendrickson Enterprises LLC took over. The previous positive reviews simply don’t reflect the reality of the situation – the current owner, Ben Hendrickson, has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, the work was shockingly poor and they barely touched the project, causing thousands of dollars in damage to my property. Now, they’re trying to double my bill! I’m left with a massive cleanup job, needing to completely redo the insulation work and replace my flooring and bike, all because of their negligence. Throughout the entire project, Ben was completely unresponsive and the project manager never showed up as promised. It felt like they just abandoned the job halfway through and offered a flimsy excuse for a second chance, which they completely failed to deliver on. Adding to the frustration, I discovered Ben isn't even a licensed contractor – you absolutely need to be licensed here – and he lives incredibly close to me. It’s unbelievable! The whole experience has seriously damaged the reputation of Central Insulation, and I’m left with a huge mess to deal with.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Brian Turbett and Central Insulation. He did an amazing job spray-foaming my knee walls – they were some of the trickiest spaces to reach, but he was able to get into every nook and cranny. Brian really went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the result, and honestly, the tightness of the seal is incredible. I’m so happy with the work and I’m definitely sticking with Brian and Central Insulation for all my insulation needs – you just can’t get this level of detail with batts.” report abuse

  Overall, Central Insulation did a fantastic job insulating our upstairs bedroom. We were really pleased with how quickly they were able to get us scheduled and, importantly, they completed the work exactly on time and within our budget.   I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received this morning. I was scheduled to be the first to receive insulation, but the timing was completely changed with no prior communication. My wife had a crucial appointment that I had to miss because of this last-minute alteration. It’s unacceptable that no one contacted me to explain the change, and frankly, it’s a serious lapse in communication and professionalism. I’m extremely dissatisfied and won’t be leaving a positive review, nor will I hesitate to share my negative experience. report abuse
