  “I’ve been incredibly pleased with my experience working with Matt from Thermotech. Over the last 15 years, I’ve used him for both a new build at our cabin and a replacement window project at our house – and I’d absolutely use him again. Matt was always so meticulous, taking great care to ensure accurate measurements and patiently explaining all the different window options, specifically focusing on what would be best for the weather conditions here in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Importantly, he never pushed unnecessary extras or upgrades. His prices were fantastic, much better than what we found with other companies. We did have a minor issue caused by a rock, but Matt handled the repair quickly and efficiently.   Matt really stood out to me when I was looking for a handyman in St. Cloud. Because I’m in a new construction home, the builder hadn’t quite gotten the front door level, and it caused some issues with the storm door.   We were really pleased with the work Matt Perry and Perry Sash Doors did for us. Our entire house has Andersen windows and doors, but our old front doors were quite basic, so we had them replace the two front doors with custom-made Andersen doors – and they’re absolutely stunning! Matt went above and beyond to ensure the new doors were perfect.
