  Wayne and McNelley Electric were fantastic – I couldn't be happier with their work! From the very first phone call, they were incredibly professional and courteous. The electricians were really skilled and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my clinic, and they did a fantastic job replacing the electrical panel and switching everything to LED lighting. I’ve now used them for several projects – wiring my pool, finishing my basement, and even my backyard – and I’m so impressed with their quality and attention to detail. Wayne was especially knowledgeable and meticulous, truly an expert at his job, and the pricing was excellent. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs. report abuse

  “This whole experience was incredibly frustrating. It really should have been a quick fix – just moving two switches about three feet. However, it took three separate visits and a lot of hassle. The first technicians made some mistakes, installing the switches at different heights and one even started squeaking. Then, after four days, they took the switch apart, but unfortunately, it still didn't fix the problem and left me with a non-working light. I had to practically plead with them to send someone else, and it wasn't until three days later that a really skilled electrician, Phil, finally corrected the wiring that had been wired incorrectly. If Phil had been the first one to come out, I would absolutely have given them five stars.” report abuse

  “I contacted them four times to get an estimate, and a technician did eventually come out. However, after that, I followed up four times a week for a week to check on the estimate, but I never received a response.” report abuse
