  Overall, the team did a fantastic job with the painting – they ended up removing significantly more of the old paint than initially anticipated, which was great. The supplies they provided – the primer, caulk, and latex paint – were all really high quality. I was also very impressed with the crew; they were incredibly hardworking and friendly. The owner was extremely responsive, always easy to reach by phone and on-site at the beginning of each day. While a formal contract might have been overkill, I appreciated how readily he responded to emails and texts. Moving forward, it would be beneficial to establish some clear start and end dates, and to specifically define the desired colors for both the body and trim to avoid any confusion. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the quote Florentin’s team provided for sanding and painting my house in Swampscott. We’d had a lot of English Ivy growing on it for years, and after getting it removed, there were tons of little “suckers” stuck to the siding. They sanded everything down incredibly well, properly prepped and primed the house, and even took care of some rotten wood – patching it up perfectly. Overall, they were really professional and took extra care, especially considering the COVID-19 situation. I’d definitely recommend them for any painting jobs in Swampscott, Marblehead, Lynnfield, Peabody, and the surrounding area.” report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Mendez Painters. They did a fantastic job painting both our house and deck – the prep work was particularly impressive, which really made a difference in the final result.
