  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Rainbow Construction. I went with them based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately, it was a truly frustrating and ultimately damaging process. From the very beginning, there were serious issues with communication, organization, and respect for my time. Right from the first meeting, the estimator was over an hour late, and that became a recurring problem – consistently late, unanswered calls, and a general lack of follow-through. They kept requesting additional visits to finalize the estimate despite providing a very detailed scope of work. Promises of estimates would simply go unfulfilled, and when they finally did send something, it was often incomplete or misleading. What was most concerning was their apparent disregard for my time and efforts. It felt like they weren’t taking my project seriously, and I spent weeks dealing with delays, excuses, and vague responses. Most alarmingly, the estimator suggested I hire subcontractors directly, which raised serious doubts about potential unethical practices. It became clear they weren’t transparent and seemed intent on cutting corners. To add to the frustration, they even misrepresented the situation, claiming the scope of work hadn't changed and downplaying the need for permits. I contacted the owner directly to express my concerns, but received no response. It’s clear Rainbow Construction lacks the professionalism, honesty, and integrity that are essential for any successful business relationship.
