“I just wanted to share an update – my experience with the parts department was a huge improvement yesterday and this morning! I needed filters and parts for five machines, and while there were people waiting when I arrived, the new team got everything sorted out incredibly quickly – less than five minutes! They even called me back to correct a number I’d given, and this morning everything was ready and accurate. Seriously, fantastic service and a really friendly welcome – thank you so much to the new team!”

“I’m really frustrated with this whole experience. I paid Carter $600 for two belt tensioner pulleys for a 3126b, and they were the same part number as ones I found at NAPA for just $280. When I pointed this out to Carter, his response was shockingly dismissive – he basically told me I should have gone with NAPA. Needless to say, I’m not returning the parts after that kind of treatment.”
