“I contacted them to get a quote for a land survey, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The first representative was polite enough, but she had to put me on hold, and then a different woman answered. She immediately came across as dismissive and rude, asking a lot of unnecessary questions as if I was wasting her time. When I gave her the city where the property was located, she demanded more specific information, and then, unbelievably, just stated they wouldn't be interested. It was clear she wasn’t prioritizing customer service at all.”
