  I have to admit, the drive to Maryland for this Mohawk Colorcenter Elite store was a bit of a commitment, but I’m so glad we made it! We were specifically looking for the new Air-O flooring, and this was the only store that had samples available at the time. Despite some changes in our plans and a lot of back and forth, the team really went above and beyond to help us. A huge thank you to Ray, Patrick, and Alex – their support and expertise really made the whole process smooth and we absolutely love our new flooring! report abuse

  Overall, Carpet & Floors Market is a fantastic choice. They have a great selection of flooring and tile, and the prices were really good. I especially want to highlight Ray – he’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a brilliant design sense. The installation team, Alex and Miguel, were also fantastic; they were punctual, super friendly, and did a really efficient job. I highly recommend them! report abuse

  I’m writing this to warn others about a really bad experience we had with Kevin and his company. We hired them for a large cabinet and carpet job, and from the very beginning, we were constantly given false information. They promised to do things that aren’t standard for this type of work, and outright lied about the steps they were taking. Throughout the entire process, from February 4th, 2019, until today, May 20th, 2019, with no further work actually done, we documented every lie. We tried to work with the owner, but he seemed completely uninterested in our concerns. He even blamed the insurance adjuster, despite the adjuster simply saying Kevin was disrespectful and hung up on him. Honestly, we realized we weren’t getting the truth, and we cancelled our contract. Kevin was incredibly aggressive and couldn't even tell the simple truth. It became clear he wasn't interested in our satisfaction, constantly insisting the owner wouldn’t care. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are several other businesses within walking distance – you could do far worse than using one of them. report abuse

  Kevin Keeler was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our vision for the kitchen backsplash and offered a perfect recommendation.   I’m so incredibly disappointed with the service we received. The installation was shockingly poor – the installers themselves seemed frustrated and unhappy with their work, and the final result was just terrible. To add to the problem, the prices were significantly inflated compared to other quotes I got. They left a huge mess, and despite my wife’s follow-up call, nothing was done to rectify the situation. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using Kevin and his family for any installation work; it’s the worst experience I’ve had. report abuse
