  I’m incredibly disappointed with the response I received after reporting a serious safety issue. A driver operating one of your flatbed trucks caused a collision on the beltway, damaging my windshield, and I witnessed this reckless behavior repeated for several miles on 97 (USDOT#582931). Despite providing clear evidence, HR refused to investigate or take any action. This blatant disregard for safety and incompetence is unacceptable. The company’s handling of this situation is appalling, and I believe those in charge should be held accountable. I intend to pursue legal action to address this negligence and the potential harm it could cause. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with the driveway sealcoating job. The crew seemed a little rushed and didn’t do a thorough job. They actually painted over some grass in the cracks, created a small pothole, and the edges of the sealant were uneven. I had to send pictures to the office to get someone to send a crew back out, and they ended up just scraping away the grass they’d painted over instead of properly prepping the asphalt. Now, the grass is already starting to grow back through the sealant within just a few days, and I’m not confident it’s going to hold up long-term because of that. I won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received from MD Beltway Paving. I needed a quote for a driveway redo, and they were incredibly easy to work with – they were even able to assess my driveway remotely! I got my estimate within an hour, and it was a really fair price. Dave, the estimator, was fantastic and determined that a seal-coat was all I needed. The crew showed up early on the day they were scheduled, were super organized and did a really meticulous job. And when they were finished, they cleaned up everything perfectly. I appreciated that I was charged exactly what I was quoted, with no hidden fees. It's clear they truly care about their work and about making their customers happy. My driveway looks fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend MD Beltway Paving and would absolutely use them again!” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They were completely unwilling to collaborate with local businesses in Charles County, and frankly, it felt like they weren’t interested in serving our community. Because of this, I won’t be using their services for any future projects, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with this company. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to get supplies to my site, even coming out on weekends with little notice.
