  “We’ve been so incredibly happy with Sykes Services! They’ve really gone above and beyond for us a few times now. When we had that sudden leak, they were fantastic – responsive, arrived quickly, even on a weekend, and took care of everything from capping the tub to installing new valves. It was so reassuring knowing they were professional and mindful of our family, especially during the craziness of the quarantine. Then, just recently, they tackled our broken water heater, walking us through everything over the phone before they arrived. They ended up replacing the water heater and even installing a water softener – something we’d discussed with them beforehand – and the whole crew, including Danny and his son Craig, were just fantastic. And it’s not just one person! We recently had Cesar and Danny come out to snake a drain, and they were both so professional, courteous, and clearly really knowledgeable.   “I really want to give a shout-out to Sykes and especially Hakim for their excellent service. We had a power outage and our hot water tank went out, and they were incredibly responsive. Hakim was able to get a technician scheduled to arrive the same day, and the replacement of the water tank was done perfectly. Thanks again to Sykes and Hakim!” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly happy with Sykes Plumbing Services – I’ve given them five-star reviews for all five jobs I’ve had them do. They’ve handled everything from lighting my pilot light to replacing my hot water heater and both my kitchen and bathroom sinks. The first four jobs went perfectly. The last one, replacing my toilet and upgrading to a different style, was a little trickier. I hadn’t realized the new toilet was smaller, and with some other issues with the base, it wasn't working out for our household. But Mr. Sykes was fantastic! He came back first thing the next morning after finishing the job, and he replaced the toilet with a better-fitting model, even addressing the problem with the base. It really made me realize how important it is to find a company that truly cares. Mr. Sykes made me a priority, and he did an amazing job.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Sykes Services. They were incredibly reliable – on time and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. Everyone was professional and did a fantastic job.
