  Working with Andrews Plumbing for our new home build was, unfortunately, a really difficult experience. We encountered significant problems with the HVAC system and constant plumbing leaks that ended up needing extensive sheetrock repair. Thankfully, AJs Heating and Air stepped in to resolve everything, and they’ve been fantastic. We strongly recommend avoiding Andrews Plumbing. report abuse

  “We’ve hired Andrew for a few jobs since we bought our lake house in 2019, and the quality of his work has been excellent. However, we’ve been incredibly frustrated with the billing process. We’ve repeatedly requested invoices for the cabin winterization in the fall of 2020 and the water heating element replacement in the winter of 2021, and we still haven’t received them. We even sent a water sample to get a water softener installed, but we never heard back from him – it felt like we were completely ignored. It’s completely unacceptable that we’ve had to chase him down for invoices; as a client, I’ve never had to do that before.” report abuse
