  “I can’t recommend Eco Performance highly enough. Honestly, I’d go without heat for a winter to have them redo my HVAC system again – they’re just in a different league than any other contractor I’ve worked with. I spent almost a year researching different companies and getting quotes, and Eco was the only one who truly understood what I needed. I got bids from ten companies, including some of the most expensive ones on Yelp, but they all missed the mark. Most just gave me a quick, ballpark estimate based on square footage, didn’t do any real calculations, and wanted to start immediately. Eco’s approach was completely different. Kyle, the person who came to assess our home, was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert. They didn't just give us a generic quote; they performed a thorough, room-by-room load calculation – measuring everything from windows to insulation and using a blower door test to determine air leakage. It was a really detailed process, and it showed they were committed to getting the right system for our house. Surprisingly, their quote was competitive with the others I received. The biggest difference was the wait – it took almost six months from signing the contract to the actual start of work, but we knew it was worth it. Once the work began, it was outstanding. The crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly clean – even the city inspector commented on how great they were.   Overall, we couldn't be happier with our energy upgrade! It was a significant investment, and we were a little hesitant at first to see if it would truly pay off, but we’re already noticing a huge difference – especially during this summer heat!   “We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Keith and Erik! We recently moved into a new home with a Fujitsu AC unit that just completely died, and honestly, we were baffled. The codes were confusing, and we tried everything we could think of to troubleshoot it, but nothing seemed to make sense. Keith and Erik really went above and beyond, working tirelessly to figure out what was going on. Their customer support was fantastic – they were both really friendly, had a great sense of humor, and clearly knew their stuff. Seriously, if we could give them 10 stars, we would! Kyle was our main point of contact and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and just really competent – he made the whole process so much smoother. Bill, who was on-site, was also a huge help and a pleasure to work with. They delivered top-notch work, kept us fully informed, and offered fair prices. Plus, they took care of all the complicated paperwork for our energy evaluation and PGE Home Upgrade rebates, even getting us a little extra money back than we anticipated! From start to finish, Kyle and Bill were fantastic project managers – they kept me perfectly informed with clear and consistent communication, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Despite a busy schedule, they genuinely treated my project as a priority, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention. Beyond Kyle and Bill, the entire team – Jorje, Tom, Kevin, and the other members of EPB, plus Brad and his crew working on the tapers and rockers, and the helpful office staff – were all incredibly pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated their respect for my two indoor cats, taking extra care to keep them safe and secure. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and dedication were outstanding. Kyle was a fantastic point of contact throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to fully understand our needs and explore every possible option with us. He wasn't pushy at all, and his deep knowledge of different systems – even going into detail about radiant heating – was invaluable. We really appreciated his willingness to collaborate with us to find the perfect solution for our home. Bill, as our project manager, was equally impressive. He kept us consistently updated and ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire team – including Keith, Cody, Jorge, Tommy, and Ryan – were courteous, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They were always respectful of our property and our time, and we felt completely comfortable letting them work in our home. What really stood out was their commitment to quality. They went above and beyond to explain their process, answer our questions, and keep us informed.   “We’re really pleased with the new 83-gallon heat pump hot water heater – it’s a fantastic upgrade and has completely replaced our old gas water heater. It’s been incredibly reliable so far, and we’re already seeing the benefits of switching to a more sustainable energy source.
