  “I was so impressed with Shamrock’s service! I called in the morning about a broken garage door spring, and they had someone out to my house by 3:30 that same day. Mike, the technician, was fantastic – he clearly explained everything that needed to be done and the different options available.   Mike and George from Shamrock Door were absolutely fantastic! They recently installed a new garage door at my house, and they did a truly wonderful job – everything was so neat and tidy.   Josh and his assistant did a truly fantastic job installing my new garage door. They were incredibly professional, arriving on time and getting straight to work. Because my garage has some tricky angled corners, Josh took care of squaring them off perfectly for the installation, just as we’d discussed. They were incredibly diligent over the two days, keeping the work area spotless each evening. Importantly, Josh took the time to walk me through the operation of the new openers – a really thoughtful touch.   Mike did a fantastic job servicing my garage door. He was so helpful and honest, clearly explaining the problem and outlining a few different solutions for me to consider.   “Overall, I had a good experience with the service – they were really helpful. The garage door opener was installed back in May 2022, and the technician who came out to fix the issue this time was fantastic and got the sensor aligned quickly. Honestly, the service call fee was worth every penny, as they were able to fix my door and get me back up and running.   “We were really impressed with the customer service – they were incredibly communicative and provided a lot of detail, which we appreciated. However, we felt the cost of the repairs was significantly excessive and overpriced.
