They came out, gave us a precise and timely quote, and stuck to the installation schedule perfectly, arriving on time every day. Our attic was particularly complex, and several companies wouldn’t even consider taking on the job, but Green Stamp tackled it with confidence. There were a couple of minor issues that popped up during the installation, but they addressed them incredibly quickly and efficiently.   Caitlin from Concord, MA, was really pleased with Green Stamp’s work. They arrived promptly at 7:30 and worked diligently through to about 4:00, without taking a break for lunch. They did a fantastic job protecting my HVAC system with plastic and then applied the spray foam insulation with great care and precision. She was initially concerned about potential off-gassing issues with spray foam, but was reassured by their slow, methodical approach.   I can’t recommend Greenstamp. My experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning. They did a terrible job with the insulation in my home, initially suggesting unnecessary work and then billing the Mass Save program for work that was never actually done. I’ve repeatedly tried to get them to fix the issues, calling four times, but they haven’t returned my calls. Ultimately, the receptionist informed me they weren’t going to revisit the project. He really demonstrated a strong understanding of building energy codes and was happy to answer detailed questions about spray foam insulation – specifically, which types are best suited for different applications.
