  Overall, Power was a fantastic company to work with. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling both the installation and our project timelines, which was a huge relief. Anthony Guido was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the best products for our home.   I was really frustrated with my experience with this company. It started off okay – the first person I spoke to was friendly and professional. However, things quickly went downhill when I was trying to get a free quote scheduled. Despite being the homeowner and having managed all our previous contractor work, the scheduler insisted my husband had to be there, saying it was because “it’s a big decision and we want both owners to be there.” Strangely, this wasn’t the policy they applied to other homeowners – a neighbor told me she’d scheduled an appointment with her husband alone. It felt incredibly unfair and discriminatory, especially since I was the one making the decisions about our home improvements. Things got even worse when they called back a week later, and the representative was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and refusing to listen to my concerns. Honestly, a company that treats homeowners differently and then follows up with bad service has completely lost my trust. I’d definitely advise other homeowners, particularly women, to be aware of this situation before considering working with them. report abuse

  Luiz and his team were fantastic! They arrived right on time, were incredibly polite and respectful of my home, and worked incredibly hard throughout the entire day, even with the extreme heat. They did a fantastic job installing the six energy-efficient windows, and I really appreciated how carefully they protected my furniture and flooring with drop cloths. Having a project manager on-site the whole time gave me a lot of confidence, and I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish.   “We’ve been incredibly pleased with Power Windows – this is the third time we’ve used them since buying our home in 2019, and we’ve replaced around 24 windows over three different projects starting in 2020. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team has been exceptionally professional. Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful, and we’d definitely consider them for our roof and siding replacement in the next few years.
