  I had a really positive experience replacing one of my older Harvey windows. The seal had broken and the glass was cloudy, so I reached out to Harvey Windows. Lauren was fantastic – she was so knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the whole ordering process, even sending me a helpful video to guide the installation.   I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Harvey Windows. When I had an issue with a 16-year-old window that wasn’t opening or closing properly, Rebecca responded to my online inquiry immediately. She took the time to walk me through diagnosing the problem over the phone, and she was so patient and helpful.   “I recently had seven Harvey replacement windows installed by a local contractor, and while the windows themselves are fantastic, we did find a small defect in one of the aluminum frames. We noticed it while changing the curtains. I contacted Harvey’s customer support online and provided all the necessary details and a photo. Amanda Sciuto was incredibly helpful – she quickly pulled up my file and followed up with the local distributor. They’re sending a replacement sash directly to my home.   I’m so pleased with my Harvey windows and the fantastic service I received when I needed replacement parts. I had a few windows with broken glass and missing pieces, and local companies weren't able to help me find the right replacements. Thankfully, I contacted Harvey directly and Lauren B. was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful, even going the extra mile to track down my original order from 15 years ago to make sure I got the correct parts. She went above and beyond to find the part and arrange its delivery.   “We purchased our home back in 2005, and just recently discovered some fogging on one of the windows. Thankfully, the process with Harvey was incredibly smooth. I submitted a warranty request through their website and was contacted right away. They quickly arranged for a replacement window to be delivered to a local warehouse, and I was able to get it replaced with no trouble at all.   “I’ve always been really happy with Harvey Windows – we’ve used them in our previous home and were thrilled to find they’d installed them in our new one too. They’re fantastic for energy efficiency and so easy to keep clean. We did have a small issue when we moved in – some of the screen clips were missing, but I was really impressed with Harvey’s customer service. I contacted their service representative, Maria, and explained the situation. She was so helpful! Even without the part number or the age of the windows, she quickly figured out what we needed and sent me a picture of the correct clip. I’m picking those up for free from the local dealer, and I want to give Maria a huge thanks – she really represents Harvey’s commitment to great service.” report abuse

  Lauren was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about Harvey Products and quickly identified the right door handle for my slider. Not only did she get it to me incredibly fast, but she even sent a helpful DIY video for installation. She was also incredibly patient and friendly, providing excellent customer service the whole time.
