  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with RoofTop Power. Callum and Marcus were both incredibly knowledgeable and professional – they really took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. What I particularly appreciated was their approach; they focused on understanding my specific energy needs rather than pushing a particular product. They were completely honest about whether solar power would be a good fit for me at this time, which I found to be very refreshing and appreciated their transparency. They were fantastic – arrived promptly at 7:30 am and completed the installation of 38 solar panels by 2:00 pm.   Justin Gallant was fantastic from the very beginning. He really took the time to explain everything – from the different solar options like leasing and buying, to designing the system and navigating the approvals with the city and utility company. The site inspection was incredibly thorough and informative, and he’s always been so quick and detailed in answering all my questions. Installation is starting soon, and I’m really excited about the savings we’re going to see on our utility bills!   Overall, our experience with RTP was fantastic! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and professional. Bryan, our sales representative, was a pleasure to work with – he patiently answered all of my questions, walked me through the whole process, and never pressured me. Ally then seamlessly managed everything, making the installation process incredibly smooth and requiring very little effort from my side. I was particularly impressed with the installation team – Austin, Ray, Tanner, Russ, and Oscar – who did a fantastic job, sticking to the schedule and paying close attention to detail, even accommodating my requests to keep the installation looking good on our house.
