They seemed completely unfamiliar with the local permitting process, which caused a significant delay – over six months – for a relatively simple load-bearing wall removal. Despite the actual demolition taking just a few days, the house was essentially a construction zone for a full month because they couldn’t get the necessary inspections. What was particularly disappointing was their lack of responsiveness and apology regarding the repeated attempts to resolve inspection issues. Furthermore, the project manager didn't check in on the progress, and we had to point out that one of their employees had left noticeable gaps in the drywall before they finally reviewed the work themselves.”
