Karla herself was fantastic – she was incredibly knowledgeable, had already worked with our claims adjuster, and even brought a colleague along to take measurements while she spoke with us. She was the third contractor we interviewed, but she was the first to provide us with a competitive quote. Throughout the whole process, Karla was friendly and responsive, always quick to answer our calls and texts, and her team was just great – friendly, professional, and on time.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work JCP did to repair the water damage and refinish our floors. They were fantastic to work with, especially considering how difficult it was to coordinate with our insurance company. The team did a really excellent job installing the new engineered hardwood and replacing all the baseboards and molding – they even perfectly matched the existing paint color! They were also very responsive and efficiently resolved two issues we raised after the work was completed. It was a truly pleasure working with them. report abuse

They really went the extra mile, working closely with my building manager and insurance agent to handle all the paperwork, and the floor reinstallation was done quickly and with a fantastic level of professionalism. The result is absolutely stunning.   “JCP did a fantastic job repairing my house after the tree fell on it last August. They were incredibly helpful coordinating with my insurance company and completed the work quickly and with a really professional touch. The only slight delay was due to the permit process with Montgomery County – they needed inspections for both the structural integrity and code compliance because of the damage. However, JCP went above and beyond by proactively contacting Montgomery County to check on the status, so I never felt like I was left in the dark. They were also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the project, which thankfully wasn’t very often.” report abuse
