  We absolutely love our new home from Kingston! We’ve only been in a couple of weeks, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. Chris, Milo, and Shawna were incredible – they were so helpful, always answering our questions and guiding us through the building process. They really took the time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. The quality of our home exceeded our expectations, and the whole build went incredibly smoothly. It’s clear Kingston genuinely cares about their customers and makes you feel valued. What also really impressed us was the attention to detail in their homes – it’s fantastic no matter what upgrades you choose. Plus, we appreciated their honest and upfront pricing, which included some really nice features without pressure to add on extra costs. report abuse

  “We had a really disappointing experience visiting the display home with Chris. We were scheduled to meet him at 4pm, but he wasn’t there and we waited for over 30 minutes without any contact or even an explanation. He didn’t seem interested in helping us, and the conversation felt very detached and impersonal. To be honest, I felt quite disrespected, especially considering how much time he spent with the previous family. He was also a little abrupt with my child. Because of this experience, we won’t be considering Kingston homes as we’re looking to buy a house in Vancouver.” report abuse
