  “I went in for a chip repair, but unfortunately, the work was really poor. The original chip is still visible, and now there’s even a new spider crack nearby. The front desk person was insistent and even argued that the crack was already there, which is unbelievable – I thoroughly inspected the area myself before bringing it in. It felt like a shady experience overall, and I’m cutting my losses. Sadly, I won’t be returning.” report abuse

  Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I took my truck in with a fairly significant damage, and unfortunately, the repair process was a complete nightmare. They essentially totaled my $40,000 truck, causing major damage to the pillars that required extensive work and a lengthy wait just to get an appointment scheduled. Even after weeks of dealing with them, the damage wasn’t fully resolved – they left a deep scratch on my dashboard and promised compensation that I still haven’t received. I’ve repeatedly followed up, but I’ve never gotten a call back. It’s been almost six months, and my dashboard remains damaged. I was hoping they’d step up and take care of things, but I’m completely disappointed and wouldn't recommend bringing any nice vehicle here – you’re likely to end up with more problems and a lot of wasted time. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Speedy Glass – they were able to get my window installed the same day after another company couldn’t. Everyone I dealt with, from the front desk staff to the installer, was fantastic and really friendly. The only slightly frustrating part was seeing some bugs splatter on my new window on the way home, but overall, they saved me a good amount of money and did a great job.   “Honestly, it wasn’t a terrible experience – it was probably about as uneventful as getting an autoglass replacement can be! I was waiting around, so I brought a book to keep myself occupied, and there was also a TV with a decent drama playing. They even had a water cooler and some small bags of chips available, which was a nice touch. It’s definitely easier if you have someone to drive you, but if not, you won’t be left waiting long. It just felt like they really cared about their customers and went the extra mile, which is always appreciated.” report abuse

  “I had a fantastic experience with Speedy Glass in Wasilla! I called on a Tuesday and the associate I spoke with was so helpful and professional – they gave me a really great price and scheduled my windshield replacement for the next day. I was really impressed that they finished the job in just under an hour, even though they’d scheduled 1.5 hours. Ashley and Ruth were fantastic, giving me clear instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next few days. Brian and Austin did a truly excellent job on the repair itself. And as an added bonus, they’re offering free chip repairs for a whole year! I’ll definitely be returning to Speedy Glass for any of my glass needs – highly recommend!” report abuse
