  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with BEMA’s service after the devastating flood in our home. Melanie was fantastic – she was so responsive and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, and the crew was exceptionally respectful of our property. They handled everything from the initial cleanup to coordinating the flooring, drywall, and painting repairs, and we would absolutely recommend them and use their services again. report abuse

  “I was so relieved when BEMA came to take care of a slow leak in my kitchen sink – I hadn’t realized it was happening until mushrooms started growing! They quickly assessed the situation, sealed off the affected areas, and even did a mold test. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get everything sorted out, and the whole process was incredibly fast, efficient, and surprisingly affordable.   “I can’t say enough good things about BEMA. Honestly, their competitors just gave us a ridiculously high estimate and didn’t seem to really care about the problem. But BEMA took the time to do a thorough inspection, and immediately started working to prevent further damage. The price was fair, but what really stood out was their incredible customer service and the way the workers genuinely seemed to care about our situation and our family. They explained everything so clearly, and when unexpected issues came up, they were quick to adapt and find solutions. It was a really big job – over 1100 square feet plus a crawl space – and Joe was fantastic. They truly made what could have been a stressful experience so much more bearable, and I’ll definitely be using them again.” report abuse

  I’m absolutely devastated by the experience I had with Bema. A recent windstorm caused significant damage to my roof and home, leaving me with a gaping hole and a huge mess. When I called for help, they initially seemed reassuring, promising to take care of everything. They started the process of drying things out, but then they just vanished. They never came back, leaving me completely stranded with the damage and no resolution. As a single mom juggling a full-time job and four teenagers, this situation is incredibly stressful. I’m spending every evening trying to deal with it myself, and it’s heartbreaking to be treated this way. Frankly, I’m furious – and deeply hurt – by their complete lack of follow-through. To add insult to injury, the owner’s son was dismissive when I called, and I’m left with no support. I won't be using Bema again, and I honestly feel ashamed for the way they’ve treated me. report abuse
