The crew were also very professional and respectful of our property.   “I was so relieved when BEMA came to deal with a slow leak in our kitchen sink – we hadn’t even realized it was happening until mushrooms started growing! They quickly assessed the situation, did a mold test, worked with my insurance company, and completely sealed everything up. The whole process was incredibly fast, efficient, and the quality of their work was fantastic, and thankfully, it didn’t cost a fortune. I’d definitely recommend them!” report abuse

  “I can’t praise BEMA enough – they were absolutely fantastic. I got a couple of other quotes, but they were incredibly high, and frankly, didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation. BEMA came out, did a thorough inspection, and immediately started working to prevent further damage. The cost was reasonable, but what really stood out was their incredible customer service and the genuine care they showed. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand, and they were amazing at adapting when unexpected issues arose. It was a really big job – over 1100 square feet plus a crawl space – and Joe was particularly helpful. Honestly, they made a stressful experience so much more bearable, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the area.” report abuse

  “I’m absolutely devastated by the experience I had with Bema. A recent storm caused significant damage to my home – a five-foot by four-inch hole in my roof and ice buildup in my walls. When I called for help, they seemed reassuring, promising to take care of everything. They started pulling up my flooring and trying to dry things out, but they never actually came back to finish the job. The owner’s son even seemed annoyed when I called to follow up, and then he completely stood me up. As a single mom with four teenagers, I’m already struggling to make ends meet, and now I’m spending every evening trying to fix this mess myself. It’s heartbreaking to be treated this way, especially when I was just looking for some assistance. I truly believe they should have shown more respect and followed through on their promises. Honestly, I'm incredibly disappointed and disgusted by their behavior – I’ll never use their services again.” report abuse
