  “I recently hired Ron Bernier for a small concrete repair, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. He initially scheduled an appointment for an estimate, but he didn’t show up. After multiple unanswered phone calls and excuses about needing his wife’s permission, it became clear he wasn’t taking my time seriously. He then rescheduled twice more, again without appearing. His lack of communication – constantly saying he’d call me back – was unacceptable. When he finally requested photos of the job, it felt like a further delay. Ultimately, after three no-shows, I decided to move on. Given his behavior, I have serious concerns about his reliability and professionalism, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using his services.” report abuse
