  “The team was really helpful loading the carpet onto the truck – they made the pickup process super easy. I was only able to review the delivery itself, as I haven’t had a chance to install it yet. So far, everything looks great and the carpet looks fantastic! However, I’ve noticed a few seams coming undone, which I’ll address with seam tape since it’s a doorway. The adhesive underneath seems a little light, but overall I'm pleased with the appearance. I wanted to share my feedback to be as detailed as possible.” report abuse

  “I’m revisiting my previous feedback – I was really disappointed with a floor installer who left a mess of trash, including Dr Pepper and cigarettes, in my office. I contacted Jason to have it cleaned up, but he unfortunately laughed and blocked my number. As a result, I’ve taken my business elsewhere and found a fantastic installer who I’ve been incredibly happy with, especially for my LVP projects.” report abuse

  “I initially had a really stressful experience going through cabinet, countertop, and flooring selections with Wrucks, especially with Hall Builders. However, Shelly and Tobin were fantastic – they really took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to present us with options and helpful advice. They were great at translating our ideas into actual selections. After the initial choices, I even needed help with a custom backsplash, and Shelly went above and beyond, working with me to design it and ensure the tiles matched perfectly. Unfortunately, things went seriously downhill after the build was complete. The quality of the materials has been shockingly poor, with issues like flooring separating and unresolved tile problems – particularly in the master bathroom – that have persisted for over a year. We’ve had to contact them repeatedly, and despite numerous visits and complaints, many issues remain outstanding. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Wrucks.” report abuse

Melody was a pleasure to work with, and the installer did an absolutely amazing job. Honestly, they went above and beyond, especially when we had some unexpected challenges with our timeline, and they really worked with us to get everything sorted out.   “Honestly, we had a really disappointing experience with Wruck’s during the renovation of our new home. We went with them because they offered a full-service solution, but it turned out to be a major headache. The kitchen backsplash wasn’t done well, and now the floors are splitting despite being glued down. The tile work in both bathrooms was also substandard, and we’ve spent a lot of time chasing them up on the issue – it’s been incredibly frustrating with poor communication; they rarely call us back as promised. It felt like they were too busy with new projects and weren’t prioritizing warranty work, which made the whole process feel incredibly stressful. I wish we’d gone with a different contractor – I’d definitely recommend doing your research carefully.” report abuse

  “We were really pleased with Wrucks’ work installing our bathroom and kitchen cabinets – they provided excellent service and the laminate was flawless. However, we’ve had a terrible experience with the carpet. Despite having the installers come out twice to kick-stretch it, the problem persists; we still have significant lumps in the carpet. It’s clear they didn’t stretch it properly from the beginning, and we’ve been left with a frustrating situation, ultimately forcing us to replace the entire carpet.” report abuse
