  Bowker Mechanical truly went above and beyond for us when installing our new gas fireplace. We were referred by Alaska Fireplace and Accessories, and from the very beginning, the owner was incredibly responsive and got us scheduled quickly. The whole team – from the office staff to the installation crew – were fantastic. The ladies in the office were wonderful with my daughter, and the crew was so professional, friendly, and efficient. They delivered the fireplace themselves, arrived early, and took care of everything with such care and attention. What really stood out was their willingness to explain all the different options and how to use our new fireplace. And after they finished the job, they even came back to clean up the area! To top it off, the owner gave me $10 back – a truly unexpected and incredibly generous gesture that solidified our trust and commitment to Bowker Mechanical. We’re so grateful for their excellent service and will definitely be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future! report abuse

  “I’m usually pretty good at taking care of my hearing aid, but I really got stuck, so I called Bowker shortly after they closed. To my surprise, they answered! They offered to send someone out right away at the after-hours rate, or I could wait until the next day. I went with the next day, and they had a technician there first thing the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and not only fixed it, but he even cleaned up the mess I’d made while I was working on it.
