  Bowker Mechanical was absolutely fantastic! Alaska Fireplace and Accessories recommended them to install our natural gas fireplace, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly responsive, getting us a quote and scheduling the installation within days. Everyone – from the office staff to the installation crew – was just phenomenal. The ladies in the office were especially wonderful with my daughter, and she adored them! The crew arrived early, handled the entire delivery and installation with amazing efficiency, and were incredibly professional and friendly. They took the time to explain all the different options for our stove, and even cleaned up the work area thoroughly after themselves. But the best part was when the owner returned after they’d finished to give me $10 back – he said I’d overpaid! That small gesture really solidified my belief in their commitment to customer service and honesty. Honestly, it was clear they genuinely cared about our satisfaction.   “I’m usually pretty good at taking care of my hearing unit, but I was really stuck, so I called Bowker shortly after they closed. To my surprise, they answered! They offered to send someone out immediately at their after-hours rate, or wait until the next day. I went with the next day, and they had a technician there first thing in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and not only fixed it, but he even cleaned up the mess I’d made while I was working on it. I can’t recommend Bowker highly enough – they were professional, honest, and really went the extra mile.” report abuse
