  Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service. They were a day late, offered a weak explanation, and then tried to increase the price even though it was the first cut of the season. After I agreed to a small extra payment, they started work late – 8:15 PM – and had to stop for gas. They restarted around 9:00 PM and only completed a basic cut of the lawn before just leaving without trimming around the house. It felt completely unprofessional and a waste of $225. I definitely won't be using their services again. report abuse
