  I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I contacted them last week to arrange a concrete pour for the following Friday, and the representative assured me only a single day’s notice was needed. However, four days before the scheduled pour, he informed me he was completely booked for both Friday and Saturday, pushing the work out to maybe Monday. When I explained I’d initially contacted them over a week and a half prior, and he’d previously stated they only required a day’s notice, he became rude and simply refused to help, ultimately hanging up on me. Now I’m left with no concrete scheduled for four days out – a completely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this contractor initially, but unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. The concrete work was shockingly poor – the worst I’ve ever seen. Beyond the quality of the work, he was incredibly unprofessional, and I felt constantly spoken down to. He left me feeling unheard and frustrated, and ultimately abandoned the job partway through. Honestly, it felt like he was incredibly desperate for work. I would strongly recommend avoiding him and scheduling with a more reliable and professional contractor.” report abuse

Their driver was fantastic – he expertly positioned the truck several times, which completely eliminated the need for a wheelbarrow. It was a super smooth process, and everyone had a great attitude.
