He was incredibly professional and helpful when we communicated over the phone, but his behavior changed dramatically once I arrived to collect the materials – he became completely hostile and unpredictable without warning.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I scheduled a concrete pour for the following Friday and was initially assured that just a few days’ notice was fine. However, when I called four days before, I was told they were completely booked until Monday. Worse, the representative was incredibly rude, dismissed my previous conversation where he’d given me the one-day notice policy, and ultimately hung up on me. Now I’m left with no concrete scheduled and only four days to find an alternative. I strongly advise against using this company – their communication is unreliable and unprofessional. report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with this contractor was really disappointing. While he seemed great initially, it quickly became clear he was incredibly unprofessional. The concrete work was the worst we’ve ever seen, and his behavior was consistently rude and demanding. He frequently left the job unfinished and abruptly abandoned us halfway through – a really unreliable and frustrating experience.
