  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with Boston Floor Covering – a huge improvement after a frustrating experience elsewhere. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and took the time to thoroughly discuss the best approach for my kitchen floor, weighing the options of removing the old flooring versus installing over it. What really stood out was their professionalism; they even identified a problem with my radiator system and immediately arranged for a plumber to investigate. They didn’t charge me a dime for the visit, which was fantastic. They expertly solved the issue by piecing the floor instead, and you couldn't even tell it had been a problem. Later, they were just as helpful when I needed carpeting for my enclosed porch – Lee was particularly patient as I wrestled with choosing the right rug. The whole process, from cutting and binding the rug to having it delivered and laid down, was remarkably quick and efficient, which was vital given the incoming tenant. It was a genuinely hassle-free experience, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Skip the big box stores; Boston Floor Covering is the way to go! report abuse
