  Honestly, the whole experience with Jason was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I scheduled an estimate and appointment, only to have him not show up without a word. When I called to check on him, he apologized and then proceeded to tell me that the small tree next to my garage was going to die within a year and needed to be removed – all without even discussing my initial needs. Then, he threw in a completely unreasonable quote of $15-20,000! It felt like he was dismissing my project from the get-go. His behavior was just bizarre; he seemed genuinely surprised when I questioned his rudeness. He ultimately said it wasn’t a “good fit,” which felt like a very dismissive and disrespectful way to end the conversation. Given his supposed “20 years of experience,” I found his lack of communication and unprofessional attitude completely unacceptable. I was left feeling very disappointed and questioning how someone with that much experience could behave in such a dismissive and unpleasant way. report abuse
