“I wholeheartedly recommend Great Lake Fire Protection. I had a sprinkler pipe leak over the weekend while the facility was shut down for three days, and they were the only ones who could respond when my usual service provider couldn’t. They were fantastic!”
-
“We were really struggling to get our fire panel working correctly – we’d contacted two other companies and they just couldn’t crack the programming issue. Thankfully, Joe C. reached out on Friday night and said he’d be able to take a look.”
-
“We were really struggling with a persistent ground fault issue on our fire panel, and it had stumped two other companies. Thankfully, Joe C from Great Lakes Fire Protection came out the very next business day and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem.”
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. The staff seemed completely unfamiliar with kitchen hoods and installations – they couldn’t handle anything beyond the simplest jobs. And to make matters worse, one of the employees, Mark, was incredibly rude and wouldn’t take on any complex tasks, clearly just looking for easy solutions and a fast payday. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with them.

“I really appreciated Joe taking the time to call me back about the problem with my home fire alarm system. It was so helpful to get his free advice, and I especially valued him reaching out – it’s nice to know someone cares enough to follow up like that.”

Joe from Great Lakes was fantastic – truly a standout. I completely trust him with our critical fire panel; he’s incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and always goes above and beyond with his attentive and caring approach. We had a really urgent situation today, and he responded within 15 minutes – it was amazing!

“Great Lakes Fire Protection is, without a doubt, the best fire protection company I’ve worked with in the state. As a business owner running several companies, I’ve dealt with a lot of providers, but my experience with Great Lakes was unfortunately hampered by some communication issues. It felt like it took an unreasonably long time to actually speak to a person.”
-
“I’m really pleased with Great Lakes for our fire alarm system upgrade. Joe was fantastic – he was incredibly responsive, really knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He clearly took the time to understand what we needed, and we ended up with a really effective solution.”
-
“We’ve been working with Great Lakes Fire Protection for over five years now, and we’ve always been really pleased with their responsiveness and how they’ve handled our needs. However, recently we’ve been experiencing a number of recurring issues with our fire protection system, and we’re hoping to get that resolved quickly.”
-
“I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Great Lakes Fire Protection. While we aren’t a regular client, their customer service was truly exceptional. They stepped in to help us with a critical emergency in our business, and I was so impressed with their responsiveness and the genuine willingness to assist. I can confidently say I’d highly recommend them – their service is outstanding and I know I can always count on them.”
