  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work this team did remodeling our laundry room and master bathroom. From start to finish, everyone was so friendly and professional, and we especially appreciated Amber’s guidance through the design process – she was always available to answer our questions and help us make decisions. Shawn, as our project manager, was fantastic; he was incredibly responsive and even took it upon himself to get our laundry area up and running when the original installation team had trouble completing the job. The finished result is absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. Plus, the cost was very reasonable.   “I honestly can’t recommend Property ReVision highly enough – I’m giving them a full 15 stars! My husband and I have built three homes and completed two basements over the last thirty years, and Property ReVision has been, without a doubt, the absolute best contractor we’ve ever worked with. The whole process was just seamless. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Communication was fantastic, the design team – especially Chari and Amber – were incredibly helpful, and the use of CoConstruct for project management was brilliant. It kept everything so organized and showed us exactly where things stood. What really stood out was that Property ReVision handles everything in-house – they have their own plumbers, painters, electricians, etc. – which eliminated the worry of relying on outside subcontractors. And, knowing that Justin and Jason, the owners, were so involved in overseeing the project and ensuring quality control gave us complete confidence. It’s clear they have a genuinely positive culture, driven by integrity. It’s wonderful to see that reflected in their team, who clearly want to go above and beyond to make sure you’re not just satisfied, but truly happy with the result.   “We absolutely loved working with this company! My wife and I were a little nervous starting a project of this size – we finished about 1300 square feet in the basement, including a bar, media room, bathroom, bedroom, and workout area – but from the very first meeting with Justin and Kessler, all our worries melted away. Everyone was so professional and friendly, it genuinely felt like they were becoming part of our family as they helped us transform our home. The design team, Chari and Amber, were fantastic, coming up with a brilliant design and really clever ways to use our space. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was done so efficiently and with incredible attention to detail. We especially appreciated Jason’s clear communication and updates throughout the project.   Property ReVision truly exceeded our expectations with our basement renovation. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Jason and his team were fantastic. They were incredibly considerate of the challenging circumstances during the Covid-19 period and worked hard to keep us on track with both the timeline and budget. We especially appreciated their flexibility with scheduling and how well they listened to our design ideas. The finished living area is absolutely beautiful – it perfectly complements our modern, contemporary style and is both comfortable and elegant.   “I can’t recommend Property ReVision enough! They were fantastic to work with – incredibly responsive and fair with their pricing. We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with them, and we absolutely love the transformation. They gutted the entire kitchen down to the studs, really optimized the space for functionality, and the final result is stunning. What really stood out was that they also took on a challenging wallpaper removal project on a high wall and ceiling – something other contractors weren’t interested in.
