  Honestly, we were really let down by PCI. We’d gotten a strong recommendation from our realtor, and Mike from their team was fantastic – he was professional, knowledgeable, and offered some great ideas for our kitchen and master bath project. He even offered to be there during an inspection, which was really appreciated. However, after he provided the initial estimate, we never heard back from him. We sent two follow-up emails and left a message, but we just didn’t get a response. It’s incredibly frustrating when a first impression is so positive and then you’re just left in the dark – we don’t understand why they didn’t even let us know they weren't able to proceed with the job. report abuse

  “I initially contacted PCI back in June and was pleased with their quick response and the estimate they provided. I moved forward with the repair work, but I’m now in the middle of August and haven’t heard anything. Despite several attempts to reach the project manager – including phone calls and emails – there’s been no communication or action taken. It would have been helpful to simply be told if they weren’t able to proceed, rather than leaving me with no updates.” report abuse

  I was so pleased with the service Vicki and Rob Melka provided when I was renovating my kitchen. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, but they really took the time to understand my vision. They came to my home, we discussed ideas at PCI, and Rob worked diligently on the backsplash – initially focusing on the wall behind the stove. While that first area was exactly as we’d planned, I felt it needed a little something extra. Instead of pushing his original design, Rob listened to my feedback and created a truly beautiful and unique backsplash that I absolutely love. I’ve received so many compliments on it – it’s a truly original design thanks to Rob’s thoughtfulness and collaboration.
