  InterCon did a fantastic job installing my new underground electric service. The crew was incredibly friendly and professional – they really went above and beyond. They were happy to answer all my questions and even took the time to show my son the drilling process, which he thought was really cool. And the best part is, they did a brilliant job tidying up afterward; you’d barely notice they’d been there. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They were shockingly slow and seemed completely out of touch with basic project management. It took them years to complete even a simple job, and they acted as if they were above everyone else. Frankly, they were disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services – you’d be better off spending your money elsewhere. To add to my concerns, the owner contacted me to acknowledge the issue, but never followed up.” report abuse

  Jamie was really helpful. He quickly let me know the project wasn’t a good fit for his team, which I appreciated. But instead of just saying no, he went above and beyond by recommending two other contractors he thought would be a better match and even offered some valuable advice on how to ensure the project’s success.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Intercon workers. They damaged my car and then refused to take responsibility, insisting on a police report even though the damage was minor and the police didn’t classify it as an accident. They essentially led me on, making it seem like they’d cover the repairs, but ultimately just wasted my time and left me with the bill.” report abuse
