However, we had a really frustrating experience; we paid the full amount upfront before the work was finished, and after that, they stopped communicating and didn’t address the remaining issues we’d outlined.   Kevin and Premier Builders have been fantastic – they really went above and beyond for us. He actually traveled 45 miles from Waunakee to build the last home we had built, and he even worked on a custom design I created.   “I’m so incredibly grateful for the fantastic service I received from Premiere Building. My roof was leaking and causing a lot of damage, and the first company I contacted completely let me down. Then, John and Shane stepped in and they not only fixed my roof to a fantastic standard, but they also installed a brand new air conditioning unit!   “We were absolutely thrilled with our experience building our dream home with Premier Builders. The entire process was incredibly smooth, transparent, and they kept us on schedule – which was a huge relief. Clayton was fantastic; he spent a significant amount of time analyzing around ten different lots with the surveyor and expertly guided us to what we felt was the perfect location for our needs, especially our desire for a walk-out basement. We also had some more specialized requirements like an elevator, ceiling track system, and zero-entry access, and the Premier team handled everything seamlessly. Kevin was a real asset, consistently identifying potential issues in the plans and construction ahead of time, always providing clear and transparent recommendations. Barb, our designer, went above and beyond our expectations, and we absolutely love the beautiful interior she created for us. We did have approximately 30 change orders throughout the project, but we never encountered any resistance from the Premier team – they were incredibly accommodating.   “My experience with this company was really frustrating. I initially called and the person who answered was incredibly polite, but after I introduced myself, she immediately disconnected the call. Then, when I called back, she was abrupt and demanding, asking who I was and what I wanted. It felt like a completely dismissive and disorganized interaction. Finally, she directed me to leave a voicemail on someone else’s number – that was the last straw, and I ended the call.” report abuse

  “We bought our house in May 2019 and the transaction itself went really well. However, after we moved in, we had some concerns about the quality of the construction, and unfortunately, our attempts to get those issues addressed weren't successful. We were quite disappointed.
