  “Matt and his team did an absolutely fantastic job restoring the lime wash on our brick home. We were so impressed with their professionalism and that they were right on time – something we really appreciated after a frustrating experience finding a reliable contractor years earlier. Honestly, it’s amazing to see the difference! We attempted it ourselves a few years back, but it just didn’t turn out as well as this.   Overall, this was a bit of a bumpy start to my exterior painting project, with some inconsistencies in the management and a few areas needing more attention to detail. However, I was really impressed with the owner’s response. They took my feedback seriously, took full responsibility, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. Because of their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, I’d absolutely give them five stars – it’s how a business should handle things when things don’t go exactly as planned. report abuse

  M. Carlson Painting did a fantastic job – we absolutely loved our experience! The crew was so professional, really efficient, and they paid attention to detail. They completely transformed two of our rooms and our basement, and we’re thrilled with the beautiful results.
