“I wholeheartedly recommend this team – I wish I could give them a full ten stars! Wayne, in particular, went above and beyond. Not only did he deliver a fantastic survey report promptly after his visit, but he was incredibly responsive and really took the time to understand and meet our needs, especially given our tight deadline and the city’s regulations. He proactively updated the proposed plan multiple times to ensure it aligned perfectly, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in.”

“We were so incredibly grateful for Tom Bloom’s help. We had a really tricky situation with our property line, and he went completely above and beyond to sort it out. He took the initiative to contact the city and get all the information we needed – honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to resolve it without his assistance. Tom was also fantastic about returning our calls promptly. We were absolutely thrilled with Advance Surveying and their team, particularly Tom.”

“We’ve had a bit of a tricky situation with our neighbor’s driveway encroaching on our backyard, and it’s been frustrating. He wasn’t always the safest driver, and we kept finding cars parked in our yard. After getting a survey and marking the property line with stakes, our neighbor unfortunately damaged them pretty quickly. Thankfully, Advanced Survey stepped in and not only replaced the damaged stakes but also provided new pins. We’ve since finished a landscaping project to further discourage cars from entering our yard, and using the new pins to mark the boundary has hopefully satisfied the city’s suggestion – we’re hoping this finally resolves the issue!”

“I was really impressed with ASE – especially Mimi! She was fantastic, so friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed. Plus, they offered the best price of all the quotes I received, and the service itself was excellent. I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I had a really unsettling experience with Advance Surveying. Midwest Fence uses them, and they were supposed to contact us beforehand to let us know when they’d be surveying our property. Instead, they completely failed to notify us, and a surveyor just walked onto our property through our yard, behind the lilac bushes – it was incredibly strange and frightening. When I questioned him, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Because of this completely unprofessional and disruptive approach, I won’t be using Advance Surveying again, and I’ll certainly be letting Midwest Fence and my neighbors know about this experience.”
-
“Working with Advance Surveying was incredibly difficult and frustrating. Despite promising communication initially, getting the accurate measurements we needed turned into a real struggle. We had to repeatedly contact them – myself, my husband, and our realtor – through phone calls and even with a physical diagram, but it took them over 24 hours and multiple attempts to connect, ultimately delaying the already stressful process of buying our home.”
-
“I really enjoyed working with them – Tom and Wayne have a ton of experience and it made a real difference. I’d definitely recommend them.”
-
“I was really impressed with their service – they were incredibly quick and professional, and the pricing was great. They got the job done efficiently, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing surveying work.”
-
“I was really impressed with the service – it was quick and friendly, and they fixed my phone issues in just a few minutes without charging me a dime!”
-
“I was incredibly impressed with their work – they were really responsive, delivered a fantastic lot survey with the topography, and the price was more than fair. Seriously, they hit a 3 out of 3 for me!”
