  I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. Initially, I received a shipment of B-grade cedars after specifically requesting and paying for As. Then, when the replacement shingles arrived, they were left out in the rain – it felt incredibly careless. When I raised my concerns and asked to exchange them for dry ones, I was met with resistance and a complete refusal to provide a solution. The whole interaction was marked by dishonesty and a terrible attitude, and ultimately, I received my money back without so much as a dry bag of shingles. John, the salesman I dealt with, clearly doesn’t understand customer service, and frankly, I don’t trust his judgment. Because of this experience, I’m seriously considering legal action if I end up paying more for shingles due to tariffs or if I’m unable to get any at all. report abuse
