  We couldn’t be happier with the recent roofing work done by TrueHome, particularly the fantastic job John and Hailey did. We’d been considering a new roof for a few years, and finally decided to move forward this year. It was a big decision – we wanted to make sure we chose a truly reputable roofer and weren’t cutting corners on quality. We spent a lot of time researching, asking around to our neighbors and online, and even looked beyond our immediate area to find the best options. When John came along with his competitive price, it just felt right. He and Hailey were incredibly helpful, offering genuine advice and making us feel like trusted neighbors rather than just salespeople. Hailey was amazing too, handling the scheduling and coordinating with our exterior painting project – she was so patient with all of our questions and the complexities of managing both jobs at once. On the day of the roofing, it was incredibly hot and humid, and Hailey was out there making sure everything was running smoothly. The crew was fantastic – they worked tirelessly, cleaned up perfectly, and left us with a beautiful, expertly installed roof.   “We were so relieved to finally get our roof completely redone after dealing with issues stemming from a poorly executed repair job back in 2011. John and his team went above and beyond to address the problem, taking the time to thoroughly inspect our entire roof, including the dormers and flat sections – a particularly tricky job given our home was built in 1908. They sent someone up on the roof to really get a good look, and we appreciated the detailed communication and photos they sent, clearly outlining all the areas that needed attention. We discussed several options, and ultimately decided on a full replacement with new vents for the dormers and some shingle/flashing repairs. Throughout the entire process, John and his project manager Haley kept us constantly updated with photos of the work being done, and the team was incredibly efficient and professional. The clean-up was fantastic each day, and the job was finished by the end of March 2023. Best of all, we've had three rain/wind storms since then, and we’re thrilled to say we haven’t had a single drop of water seeping in!” report abuse

  Working with TrueHome Roofing was truly a fantastic experience. From start to finish, John and his team were incredibly professional and clearly skilled at their craft. John was particularly helpful, coming to our house with samples and thoroughly explaining all of our options and costs. What really stood out was his proactive approach – he even conducted a detailed attic assessment, which none of the other companies we spoke with offered, ensuring we were fully aware of the roof’s condition. Hailey, the manager, was also fantastic, being on-site throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with pictures of the work and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were so thrilled with the final result, and my son is already planning to write a review! The team was also incredibly considerate, doing a wonderful job cleaning up our property afterward, and they even took special care of our plants, protecting them with clever triangle covers.   “I honestly couldn’t recommend John and Hailey’s team more highly! From the very beginning, the whole process was so easy and reassuring – John responded incredibly quickly to get out and inspect my roof, even checking above the attic for hidden damage. Knowing my roof was in desperate need of replacement, I was so impressed with their professionalism and the fact that their prices were significantly better than the other three quotes I received. They got straight to work, were incredibly polite, and did a fantastic job with the cleanup – not a single nail left in the yard! John came out and quickly identified a serious issue with the roof – it was incorrectly installed and lacked proper waterproofing. It wasn’t the news we were hoping for after closing, but John was really helpful and provided a fair quote to completely redo the roof.
