  Overall, my experience with Premier Improvements has been a real mixed bag, and honestly, I can’t wholeheartedly recommend them. They started off really promising – Brian was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely invested in meeting our specific needs, and the pricing and financing were attractive. However, the biggest issue was the significant delays throughout the entire process. We initially were told there would be a backlog, and the installation wasn’t scheduled until September 2022. It kept getting pushed back, eventually happening in early January. Once the panels were installed, the level of communication really dropped off. It took nearly two months to get the system inspected and approved by Eversource, and even then, we weren't generating the full expected power – only about 75% – for two months. While the team at Premier is genuinely nice and seems to be trying their best, the slow pace of getting things done was incredibly frustrating. They had to upsizing the wiring twice and add an additional inverter, and eventually, they admitted a system update was needed. Eversource was completely unhelpful, and it took weeks just to get an electrician out to investigate. Despite all their efforts, we’re still not performing at full capacity, which is really disappointing. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with Premier Improvements – they’ve been fantastic to work with. I’d been considering solar for a while, actually, having looked into it years ago, but most companies were pushing leases which just didn’t seem like the right fit for me. I recently moved and decided to revisit the idea, mainly because our utility bills were constantly going up and there were better incentives available. Plus, my roof needed replacing. I researched a few companies, and Premier Improvements stood out immediately. Being a SunPower dealer was a big plus for me, and I really appreciated how they handled the entire process – coordinating the roof replacement with the solar install. They replaced my old roof with Owens Corning 50-year shingles in a single day, and the crew was incredibly professional, even taking care to protect my landscaping. The roof looks amazing, and it’s held up perfectly through some pretty tough weather. And the solar installation has been smooth sailing, thanks to Premier Improvements. They’ve been fantastic at keeping SunPower on schedule, even having to arrange for them to work on a Saturday when the weather wasn’t cooperating! They’ve also handled all the permits and coordinated with the utility, so it’s been completely stress-free.   I absolutely love my new solar panels! Thanks to Adam and Brian at Premier Improvements and SunPower, I got the best possible deal, and they even added a new roof to my house – which saved me a ton of money!
