  “I had a really frustrating experience with this individual. I was referred by a friend, and things started off positively with a home visit and measurements, but then the communication completely fell apart. I waited almost a week for an estimate, followed up several times via text, and he kept apologizing for delays, promising an update, but nothing ever arrived. Eventually, I had no option but to cancel and find someone else – his lack of communication and consistently missed deadlines were just unacceptable. While I can't comment on the quality of his work itself, it’s clear that good workmanship means nothing without reliable communication and someone who respects your time.” report abuse

They did an absolutely fantastic job – the tile work in the living room and dining room is beautiful, and they really paid attention to every detail and brought it all together perfectly. And the gazebo they built in the backyard is incredibly sturdy and well-constructed.   “I was really happy with the electrical work Cesar did at my house. He was always on time and explained everything so clearly, and I’m thrilled with the Caseta system he recommended – it’s completely transformed my home into a smart home!
