  Phil and American Plumb Method were fantastic – we really appreciated their professionalism and dedication. We were having our patio repaved and needed a new gas line for the fire pit, and they completely understood the importance of getting it done without delaying our project. Phil and his partner went above and beyond, working late into Friday night to finish the job before our concrete truck arrived the next morning. It was a really big job – about ten hours of digging and installing the line – and they stayed committed until it was absolutely done right and safely. Honestly, Phil is a gem! We’ve also had him work on a project for my 99-year-old grandmother, and she absolutely loves him!   “I can’t recommend American Plumb Method and Mike highly enough. When my mom had a really urgent plumbing issue with a broken pipe, Mike responded incredibly quickly – he was out within an hour of me calling.   Mike was fantastic – he was so helpful and responsive. I called him and got an immediate quote over the phone, and he even managed to fit a service call at my house within just 30 minutes!   “We were so impressed with American Plumb Method – Mike C and his team really saved the day! They responded incredibly quickly when we had a slab leak and Mike himself came out to diagnose and fix it right away. They capped the leaking pipe and rerouted it efficiently, and Jared, his assistant, was a huge help too. Everything was completed in a single day, and they even recommended a fantastic drywall guy.   I was completely stuck when a pipe burst at my place around 1:45 am on a Friday night – it was a terrible situation! I called every plumber I could find, but most were closed or didn’t respond.   We’d been considering a tankless water heater for a while, and when our old 40-gallon unit finally gave out, we knew it was time to make the switch. Luckily, American Plumb Method was able to send Phil out late one night to assess the situation – it’s not always easy to find a plumber who’ll come out at that hour! The next morning, Mike arrived and quickly and efficiently installed our new tankless water heater.   American Plumb Method did an absolutely fantastic job on our recent repipe – it was a really big project! We got several quotes, and while they weren’t the cheapest, they were definitely the most comprehensive. They went above and beyond, not just repiping the whole house, but also installing a new tankless water heater and filtration system. Honestly, the quality of the work was outstanding. Despite needing to drill holes in several walls, they coordinated with a fantastic drywall and painting company, and the finished result was seamless – you wouldn’t even know they’d been there.   I was really pleased with the service Mike and his team provided. I called them around 8pm after discovering a major blockage in my house, and they arrived within 30 minutes – a huge relief! They quickly identified the problem as being caused by baby wipes and, thankfully, they also spotted some root intrusion using a camera. Mike recommended a high-pressure jetter to fully clear the issue, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He’s a great guy and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.   Mike was fantastic! He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the initial sink issue, and then – unbelievably – discovered a much bigger problem under the house. He repaired it all efficiently and at a really good price. Best of all, he cleaned up the entire area and left my house looking even better than before.
