  Honestly, our experience with Lamont Bros. was incredibly frustrating and ultimately disappointing. We hired them to renovate our house, and while the individuals we worked with were polite, we quickly realized they were operating unethically. They consistently inflated their prices, charging at least 200% more than other companies in the area. It became clear that they were more interested in securing large contracts – we needed to spend at least $400,000 – and often made promises they didn’t intend to keep. We were genuinely shocked and saddened by their lack of honesty and the way they treated us. report abuse

  We absolutely loved working with Lamont Bros! From start to finish, they were fantastic – the quality of their work was outstanding, and the crew was incredibly professional and efficient.   “I was so thrilled with the kitchen remodel Lamont Bros did for us! It all started when I contacted them in 2019, and Basharia responded right away. She came to our home, and we quickly got started on the project. Basharia and her team were fantastic – they really worked with our budget and navigated the sometimes-challenging differences between my husband and me, especially considering our unique house. Jenny was particularly helpful in finding extra storage solutions. Cody and Nick were amazing too, patiently answering all our questions during the whole COVID-19 period, and thankfully, there was never a mess left at the end of each day. Brenden and Cody kept us perfectly informed about the timeline and did everything they could to keep the project on schedule. We absolutely love our new kitchen, and we’ve already hired Lamont Bros to add a gas fireplace and then tackle our master bathroom and bedroom remodel – Basharia’s creativity is incredible, and we’re excited to see what she comes up with next!” report abuse

  “Looking back, we’re absolutely thrilled we chose Lamont Bros. to add onto our home back in 2020. It was a really tough decision – do we invest in our old house or move? Ultimately, doing the addition was the best choice. We now have so much more space that perfectly fits our growing family, and we love staying in our neighborhood. They added about 225 square feet to our 90-year-old house, transforming a cramped, outdated kitchen into a fantastic open space that flows right into our backyard. It’s incredible how seamlessly it blends in; it really feels like it’s always been a part of the house. And they even surprised us by improving how we use the rest of the home. Of course, big projects always have their challenges, and you can't get everything perfectly planned. But Lamont Bros. were fantastic partners. Paddie and Eddie were consistently there, supporting us throughout the whole process – keeping the work on track, communicating openly, and really helping us manage the disruption. Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with some structural analysis for my house. Everyone I interacted with was amazing, and they handled everything from my gas line and HVAC setup with such precision and professionalism.   Lamont Bros. were absolutely fantastic during a really stressful time. They responded incredibly quickly when our house was damaged by a falling tree, and they handled everything with such professionalism – especially getting the quote and dealing with the insurance company. Despite the added challenge of a snowstorm, they managed to complete the work on schedule and, crucially, did a really great job the first time around. report abuse

  Lamont did an absolutely fantastic job converting our old garage into a beautiful guest house – it’s looking great after four years! The build quality was excellent, and we were really impressed with how professional and seamless the whole process was. report abuse
