  “We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Trinity Solar. Switching to solar was surprisingly smooth, and we especially want to commend William Randolph for his outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, really knew his stuff, and made the whole process so easy to understand. William was always available to answer our questions and he walked us through everything step-by-step.   Overall, my experience with Trinity was really positive, though it did take a little longer than I’d hoped to get my system fully running. Thankfully, everything was eventually resolved. I genuinely believe Trinity is the best solar installation company in the area. I especially want to commend Grayson Colarusso, the District Manager. He was absolutely fantastic – always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. He made several house calls to ensure everything was being taken care of, and he was incredibly personable and professional. If you’re considering a solar installation, Grayson is definitely the person you want handling your account – I’d give him 5 stars! I’d rate Trinity a solid 4 stars overall. report abuse

  Trinity Solar did an absolutely fantastic job installing our solar panels. From start to finish, the process was smooth and quick, and they were incredibly careful – our yard was spotless when they were done. Kevin Ryan, our representative, was a huge help throughout the entire installation. He was always available to answer our questions and quickly resolved a couple of minor issues that came up. We’re so thrilled with our new solar system; our electric bills have been cut in half, and we feel great about making a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice.   Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience with Trinity and Grayson Colarusso. A neighbor recommended them to me, and I started the process with Grayson. I did my research beforehand, looking online at some common questions people had about solar, and I got quotes from a few different companies before choosing Trinity – I went with them because they seemed to really understand what I was looking for and how the system worked. I was lucky to get the installation scheduled for November instead of the spring, and they had me up and running generating power and selling it back to Eversource by the first week of February. I highly recommend them; they’re fantastic. Just be sure to do your homework and come prepared with a list of questions to make sure you get exactly what you need. report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with my experience with Trinity Solar. From the start, Glenn Rhodes was fantastic – he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions throughout the whole process. The installation team were also incredibly professional and did a great job. I’m really happy with the savings I’ve been seeing over the last year and it’s great to see more and more people in our neighborhood switching to solar too. report abuse

  I’m incredibly concerned about the unprofessional conduct I witnessed. It was unacceptable for your employees to park so close to a stop sign – it’s illegal and demonstrated a complete disregard for neighborhood safety. Worse still, the shouting and refusal to move the vehicle when residents politely asked was completely inappropriate and upsetting. To then see a resident struggling to get her elderly mother home due to your employee’s actions was particularly troubling. This situation requires immediate improvement and a clear demonstration of respect for our community. report abuse

  “Trinity was fantastic in getting us initially set up and signed everything over quickly. However, after that, we completely lost track of them, and it took months for the panels to even get connected. There were issues with lost paperwork and the wrong documents being sent to the electric company, which really put us in a difficult position. Despite this frustrating experience, I’m really pleased to say that Trinity eventually got our system up and running – thankfully shortly after I posted my initial review! Their sales rep was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, especially with questions about billing, so in the end, we’re finally able to enjoy our solar panels.” report abuse
