  Kevin did an absolutely fantastic job working with us on our new home’s pool! He tackled a lot of work – replacing the liner, filter, chlorinator, and some plumbing – and was incredibly patient with us as we’re new to pool maintenance, really explaining everything we needed to do. He was always responsive, his prices were great, and he consistently showed up when he said he would.   I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service Breakwater Pool provided. As someone who really cares about keeping my pool looking its best, finding a company I could trust was a top priority – and they absolutely delivered. From the very beginning, their communication was fantastic. They kept me completely in the loop about everything, from upcoming maintenance to any potential issues. It really took the stress out of pool care. What really stood out was their expertise. They quickly identified a problem with my equipment and, instead of just telling me there was an issue, they took care of ordering and replacing the necessary parts promptly. It was a huge relief! And to take things a step further, they even brought in a local plumber to do a thorough assessment of the whole system – that level of dedication is fantastic. Plus, I’m really pleased with the Omnilogic system they recommended and installed; it’s made managing my pool so much easier. Overall, Breakwater Pool has been incredibly reliable, communicative, and knowledgeable.   “Kevin was absolutely fantastic – we were so impressed with his service. We’d been struggling to get decent support from another company for weeks, but Kevin completely turned things around. He called us back within ten minutes and promptly came to our home as scheduled. Honestly, he’s one of the most hardworking and genuine people we’ve ever dealt with. He has a real strong work ethic, was incredibly dependable, and clearly very experienced. He was so patient with our kids who were practically trying to be his assistants, and he always had a good sense of humor. You could tell he truly meant what he said – he’s the kind of guy who gets things done! He took the time to really educate us about our new swim spa and hot tub, and he kept coming back to our house until everything was perfect, even with a busy schedule.   I wholeheartedly recommend Breakwater Pool Service – they’re simply the best I’ve found in the Cape. I was really struggling with my previous service company, and Kevin, the owner, jumped right in and fixed my equipment quickly. Now I’ve switched to Breakwater for all my pool maintenance, including opening and closing, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. I’d hoped to support a local business, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. They were severely understaffed, and the time limit of just 15 minutes per house was completely unrealistic. For $150, you’re getting a very limited amount of work and a pretty negative attitude if you even dared to ask a question. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them – there are plenty of other pool service companies out there that offer better service. report abuse
