“I was incredibly impressed with the service I received on Friday. We had a sudden hood issue and they responded quickly, arriving at 9:45 am and completely resolving the problem by 11:00 am – which was crucial as we had a catering gig to get to! They were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. I’ve used them for both HVAC and our kitchen hoods and have always been very satisfied with their work. Definitely a great company!”

Honestly, we’ve been extremely disappointed with their service. They’ve repeatedly delayed fixing our furnace at our facility, and it’s become a really frustrating situation. They’ve shown up with the wrong tools and parts on several occasions, despite being here multiple times. The excuse about the snow yesterday was particularly concerning – it hadn't even been snowing when they arrived. It feels like they’re not truly committed to resolving the issue. We strongly recommend exploring alternative options to avoid wasting your time and money.
