Overall, we had a really positive experience building with Rhode Island Modular Homes. This was our second time using their system, and we were incredibly pleased with the final result. Our house design was quite intricate, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with modular construction, but both the team at the factory and the on-site crew did an amazing job bringing it to life. To be honest, it was a particularly challenging time for the construction industry with major supply chain issues, and we did experience some delays. However, we were really impressed with how determined the team was to get everything done within the agreed-upon timeframe – it exceeded our expectations. And when we had a few minor concerns, they went above and beyond to fix them, and the local team was so dedicated to ensuring we were completely satisfied. You could really tell they genuinely cared about our project.

“I absolutely love my home – it’s a modular built by CT Valley over 20 years ago, and it’s stood the test of time beautifully. Contractors are always amazed by how sturdy and well-built it is. I wouldn’t hesitate to build another modular from them. What really set it apart for me was the ability to completely customize the floor plan to fit my specific needs and preferences – something I hadn't experienced with other builders.”

Robert Alberga really couldn't be happier with his Connecticut Valley modular home. Completed in July of 2021, he’s consistently praised the company and its team, particularly Scott Anderson. He recently encountered a small issue with two windows and was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness of Jessica Kimble. Within 24 hours, she took charge, contacted the window manufacturer, and had the problem resolved. Robert feels Connecticut Valley exemplifies true professionalism and recommends them highly.

“The customer service was fantastic, and I really appreciated the wide range of floor plans available – they’re even customizable, which was a huge plus.”
