  I absolutely loved working with ASIGNATURE FENCE COMPANY. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic, and the fence itself was even better than I expected.   Honestly, our experience with ASignature Fence was a huge letdown. It’s the kind of situation where you walk away and say, “I should have gone with someone else.” The owner, Mark, completely missed our initial appointment and didn’t even bother to contact us, which was a major red flag. The one positive was the installation team – they did a fantastic job with the actual installation. However, that’s where the good news ends. We were promised a Christmas installation, which then shifted to 2025, and we ultimately cancelled due to the extended timeframe. Mark then offered a discount, playing on the fact we were a local military family, but the fence quality was significantly lower than what we’d seen in the pictures, and the gate hardware wasn't what was promised. He refused to address our concerns or upgrade the hardware as originally agreed. It was a really frustrating experience, especially given our desire to support local businesses, and we strongly recommend exploring other fence companies. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Signature Fence. They replaced our old stockade with a stunning white vinyl privacy fence, and the whole process was fantastic. Lauralee and Mark were so easy to work with, and the installation crew – Justin and Mark – were both incredibly polite, hardworking, and took the time to clean up the yard thoroughly after they finished. We had a quick question, and someone from the company followed up within two days to ensure everything was perfect.   “Justin, Steve, and Dave did an absolutely fantastic job with our new fence. The vinyl looks fantastic, and the crew was incredibly hardworking and professional – they were also very considerate and cleaned up everything perfectly when they were finished. We’ve used ASignature Fence before, and I can confidently recommend them. It’s worth noting that they can get busy during peak times, so you might have to wait a little, but it’s a testament to their popularity, and it’s definitely worth the wait.” report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this company. From start to finish, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I was new to the area and relied on a recommendation from my realtor’s daughter, and she was so impressed with her Signature Fence installation that I knew I was in good hands. Mark, in particular, was incredible. He was incredibly honest and took the time to truly understand my needs, helping me choose the perfect fence and even handling all the extra work like removing an old shed, grading the area around my retaining wall, and even finding a discounted replacement. He was so considerate, especially knowing I had dogs and needed the fence installed quickly for their safety. He went above and beyond, working overtime to get estimates for the retaining wall and sprinkler system, and he was completely understanding when I had to postpone the project due to budget constraints. The whole team was fantastic – quick, friendly, professional, and they kept everything so tidy. It really felt like a family operation, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
