Overall, my experience with this company started off really well, but things unfortunately went downhill. I ended up with a significant amount of extra materials – over $400 worth – that I can’t use, and I was really frustrated that they wouldn’t accept a return. What was particularly disappointing was that no one explained upfront that everything they sell is special-ordered and non-returnable. I wish they had made that clear from the beginning, as it would have saved me a lot of trouble.
