  Design Build was absolutely fantastic to work with – honestly, I’d give them a full ten stars if I could! As president of our HOA, I’ve overseen a huge $10 million rehabilitation project for our townhome community, and their team made the whole process incredibly smooth. Dennis Brooks was a huge help from the start, really guiding us through the bidding and explaining why this major rehab was so important to our community. Once the project got the green light, Brady Gamble stepped in as our project manager, and he was truly outstanding. He kept all 217 homeowners constantly informed and involved throughout the construction, and he expertly managed the communication between our team, Professional Services Construction, and our management company. It was a massive undertaking – we were dealing with everything from siding and paint to fences and signage – and Brady handled it all with such patience and professionalism. He was consistently on-site and always available, which made a huge difference. Because of our really positive experience, we’ve already brought them on to manage our upcoming roofing project.   John Weiler has been absolutely invaluable to us on this condo renovation project. He’s gone above and beyond, taking the time to speak directly with the owners, actively participating in Board meetings, and consistently being available to address any concerns. He’s also been diligent in monitoring the budget for this $1 million project, and the photo library he’s created is fantastic – we’ll definitely be using his services again on future projects. report abuse

  “Frankly, I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. They were incredibly disorganized, constantly changing our schedules at the last minute, and ultimately failed to deliver the work on time. To make matters worse, they went as far as to tell my own contractors to leave my property without even asking me. Communication was really poor, deadlines were ignored, and there was no sense of accountability – it felt completely unprofessional.” report abuse

  “Honestly, we’re really frustrated with this company. They’re receiving our building fees every month, but it feels like they’re not actually doing anything. A year ago, they arrived with a flashy presentation promising follow-up meetings, but nothing ever happened. We’re now being charged extra for contacting them about simple building issues. We even took a day off work for balcony inspections they’d scheduled, only for them to cancel it without any warning. They’ve been putting up scaffolding and cones for nearly a year now, making temporary repairs with red tape, and haven’t communicated with us at all. It feels like a complete waste of time and money – they essentially ‘love bombed’ us with a grand plan and then just disappeared. It’s incredibly unprofessional and we feel completely scammed.” report abuse

  “We seriously looked into using Design Build a few years back, but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit for us at the time due to our budget constraints. However, Dennis Brooks and his team were incredibly helpful. They provided a really thorough and insightful presentation on how they could assist us with a large-scale project. Honestly, when you’re tackling something like that, it’s invaluable to have an impartial expert guiding the process to keep costs in check and ensure everything runs smoothly.   I’m really disappointed with the work done on our condominium complex renovation. It’s been a year since they completed the project, and unfortunately, the quality has been consistently poor. We noticed substandard materials and evident issues with the construction work, and honestly, it’s clear the job wasn’t done to a professional standard. We have a good understanding of construction quality and it was simply not up to par. If I could redo the project, I absolutely would. report abuse
