What really stood out was how approachable he was – he was so easy to talk to and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. It’s great to know they offer a warranty that transfers to a new homeowner, too.   HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair was fantastic – I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Chris, the inspection manager, was so thorough and really took the time to explain everything to me, including the different options available. His recommendation was spot on, and the price he quoted was unbelievably reasonable, especially compared to another company that offered significantly less work for a much higher price. Josh, Chris’s associate, was also incredibly polite and professional. They went above and beyond, staying well past the originally scheduled 90 minutes to walk me through the whole waterproofing process and make sure I completely understood what needed to be done. It really put me at ease knowing they were so patient and knowledgeable. Given the investment involved, I was understandably a little nervous, but after meeting with Chris and Josh, I felt completely confident in their ability to do the job right. Their honesty and expertise gave me a huge sense of security. I’ll be updating my review in a few months after the work is complete, but based on my initial experience, I wholeheartedly recommend HomeSpec! report abuse
