  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled my closing for September 15th (booked on August 23rd) and called to confirm they were coming between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. They never showed up, and I received no communication whatsoever. The only explanation I got was a generic "sorry for the mix-up," and they’ve rescheduled me for September 29th. Considering I’d already paid significant closing fees, it was completely unacceptable that they didn’t even bother to let me know they wouldn’t be there. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this company. They seemed completely unprepared and didn’t seem to understand the basics of pool cleaner repair. They offered a quote without even running a diagnostic test, and when I called back, they couldn’t even troubleshoot the issue properly. They repeatedly suggested potential problems without actually testing anything, and then tried to push an expensive replacement unit on me. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.” report abuse

  “We hired them to handle opening our pool, and while they did the job, it felt a little pricey considering they just removed the cover and provided the chemicals for us to add ourselves. It was a straightforward task, but perhaps a bit more explanation or a bundled service would have been appreciated.” report abuse

  “We were looking for several valves, gaskets, sand, and a vac plate, but unfortunately they had nothing in stock. Worse, the staff didn’t offer to check for availability or order the parts for us. To top it off, they gave us the wrong part.” report abuse

  Overall, this seems like a solid place for water testing and chemical supplies, and the staff are genuinely friendly. However, the biggest issue was a completely unsatisfactory experience regarding a recent overpayment for pool opening services – I received no communication or resolution to my repeated complaints, which was incredibly frustrating. report abuse

There was no communication at all – no updates on when the technician was arriving, and they just seemed to show up and leave without letting me know they were finished.
